  • Accidents can happen, and we understand that. Please notify us immediately if you accidentally damage or stain. We have a dedicated team to assess and handle such situations. Depending on the damage or stain extent, you may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage and stains. We take great care to maintain the quality of our items, so we appreciate your honesty and timely reporting of any issues.

  • Deposit & Booking:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your items and date.
    • Your reservation is not confirmed until this deposit is received.

    Cancellation Terms:

    • 30+ days before event date: No additional payment is due. The 50% deposit is forfeited.
    • 15–29 days before event: You are responsible for 75% of the total rental cost. If you’ve paid more than that, the remainder will be refunded.
    • 0–14 days before event: Full payment is due. No refunds will be issued.

    Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your event once, with at least 14 days’ notice, based on availability. Your deposit will transfer to the new date.
    • Rescheduled events must occur within 12 months of the original date.

    Weather-Related Cancellations:

    • We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather. However, we’ll work with you to reschedule, based on availability, and may apply your payment as a credit (valid for 12 months).

    After Delivery:

    • Once items have been delivered or set up, no refunds will be issued, regardless of use.
